In 1980 the Franssen family chose a lovely Ojai mansion located 15 miles Northeast
of Ventura, California and 30 miles East of Santa Barbara, California
built in 1910 as the sight of their new home and business. The terrace, which
offers splendid views of the Topa Topa mountain range, is shaded by lattice work
and massive oak trees reminiscent of a Renoir painting.
